Block Parties on us! Grants for Block Parties information here!

For Block Parties, MWIA will underwrite the cost of the City Permit and provide up to an additional $100 for food (not including alcohol) and supplies.
It is not required that you hold your Block Party in the street, thus eliminating the need for a permit. If someone wants to host the entire block in their yard, that is acceptable.
After the event, you will be asked to submit your receipts, at least three photos, and a sign-in sheet of neighbors who attended.
