Covenants

The MWIA maintains documentation on historical covenants, neighborhood-related planning processes, major projects, and MWIA response to zoning concerns.

Covenants are documents made between MWIA and a land owner which further restricts possible uses of the land. These agreements stay enforce with new owners as well.

• In 1982, the city passed a planned unit development for what was then Mount Saint Agnes Campus but is now the Hopkins campus and the gallery building for Clayworks. Here is the PUD. It was amended in 1995 and in 1999
